Those dark circles are caused by either vascular issues – thin skin allowing your blood vessels to show through or heightened pigmentation. Fortunately there are a number of highly effective solutions available, including Nd:YAG laser treatments which will break down the vascular and PRF Under-Eye Mesotherapy to address thin skin. If the issue is more pigmentation related, I would suggest Fraxel laser for non-invasive and painless pigmentation treatment. As a second stage, considered use of Skin Boosters such as Polynucleotides, and Sunekos do add much-needed hydration and collagen stimulation.

My treatment recommendation will always be based upon your particular condition and skin type – please do not hesitate to book a personal consultation and we can put aside those sunglasses!

Afraid to say we all feel like that at times! Whilst it is a natural ageing process, there are definitely ways to slow the process and reinvigorate and restore glow. It’s all about healthy skin and whilst the Digital Skin Analysis provided by my advanced OPATRA DOME facial skin detection system is invaluable to accurately access your current skin condition, it is as much about addressing hydration, skincare regime and lifestyle.

My considered treatment recommendation will always be based upon your particular condition and skin type – with resurfacing and collagen stimulation with either Fotona’s TwinLight Fractional Rejuvenation or Fraxel DUAL 1550/1927 laser an effective starting point.

Thereafter, Fotona 4D non-surgical facelift treatment can add real sculpting and wrinkle reduction and finally, selective use of Skin Boosters such as Polynucleotides, and Sunekos provide much-needed hydration and collagen stimulation.

Whilst not an ‘instant fix’, a well considered skin rejuvenation plan can definitely restore and maintain a more youthful and natural look.

Depending upon the condition, I would first suggest skin re-surfacing with a medical -grade laser such as Fotona’s TwinLight Fractional Rejuvenation or Fraxel DUAL 1550/ 1927 to effectively exfoliate the skin, followed by a specific  treatment of anti-pigmentation Picosecond laser to give a smooth, even skin texture.

Smooth, even skin starts with booking a personal consultation.

Commonly known as Rosacea, it is a very common skin inflammation, often caused by sun exposure, with visible blood vessels and uneven skin texture. Fortunately there are proven treatments using medical-grade lasers such as Fotona or Biotec’s CPL that effectively break down the vascular / capillaries giving a clear complexion whilst also stimulating collagen to repair and smooth your skin.

My treatment recommendation will always be based upon your particular condition and skin type.

Whilst going forward, gentle skincare and daily SPF are key to maintaining your clear skin.

Enlarged pores can often be a symptom of de-hydrated, dry skin and lack of using an effective toner in your daily skincare routine.

Depending upon your particular condition and skin type, I would first recommend a suitable chemical peel (most likely light- medium which have the added benefit of minimal downtime) to exfoliate the upper layer of the epidermis.  Followed by two sessions of collagen-boosting skin re-surfacing with a medical -grade laser such as Fotona’s TwinLight Fractional Rejuvenation or Fraxel 1550nm  Erbium Glass laser which will effectively tighten the skin texture, closing the pores.

Smooth, tight skin starts with booking a personal consultation.

Other than natural ageing process and the reduced production of collagen and elastin proteins, skin laxity can be caused by a number of factors including lifestyle changes, sun damage or extreme weight loss.

There are a number of proven treatments solutions which will give a very marked improvement to sagging necklines over the course of the treatment plan. Depending upon your particular condition and skin type, I would first be looking at addressing hydration with selective use of Skin Boosters such as Polynucleotides, and Sunekos and once the skin is hydrated, it is going to be more receptive to a course of laser firming and sculpting with Fotona’s TightSculpting.

The results are incremental and over a course of treatments, we can definitely restore and maintain a firmer, more defined neckline.

I agree, photoaging  can be both unhealthy and potentially harmful. Any form of skin lesions ( including moles and keratosis)  should be addressed in case they are pre-cancerous.

Medical grade laser treatments such as Picosecond or Fraxel 1927nm Thulium laser do offer a very effective non-invasive solution with minimal discomfort.

My treatment recommendation will always be based upon your particular condition and skin type and a short course of treatments is usually sufficient to eradicate the condition. Whilst going forward, gentle skincare and daily SPF are key to maintaining your clear skin.

Whilst Active Acne can be readily treated with laser well-considered laser treatments:

Atrophic (old) acne scars which are depressed, indented scars formed when inflammatory acne destroys collagen, causing skin to heal below the normal layer require a rather different treatment.

Depending upon the condition, I would suggest skin re-surfacing with a medical -grade laser such as Fotona’s TwinLight Fractional Rejuvenation or Fraxel 1550nm Glass laser to effectively exfoliate the skin, followed by either a treatment of RF Microneedling or Dermapen to stimulate collagen and give an even smooth skin texture.
