CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Treatment Completion Policy

We do not provide refunds for completed treatments, regardless of change of mind. Please note that individual responses to treatments vary, so we encourage patience with results while following your practitioner’s recommendations and advice.

If you decide to seek treatment elsewhere or no longer require our services, please review the following policies.

Deposits and Appointments

Deposit Terms:

  • All deposits are non-refundable and function as rolling deposits.
  • Deposit amounts are deducted from your final treatment cost when booking treatment packages
  • Treatments and services are not transferable to other individuals

Cancellation Requirements: 

  • 24 hours advance notice is required for all appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours or missed appointments result in:
    – Forfeiture of your deposit
    – Requirement of a new deposit to secure future bookings
  • For pre-paid treatments: full treatment cost is forfeited unless rescheduled with more than 24 hours notice.

REFUND CONDITIONS

When Refunds Apply

Refunds are provided in accordance with UK Consumer Law when:

  • Services or products are faulty (replacement or refund available)
  • We determine treatments are unsuitable after assessment

Treatment Limitations

  • No refunds after treatment completion
  • Our procedures may not suit all clients
  • You are responsible for determining treatment suitability
  • PRP/PRF treatments: Full price charged if treatment cannot proceed after blood kit is opened or used

Client Responsibilities

To ensure optimal service:

  • Provide complete information on consent forms
  • Disclose factors that may affect treatment
  • Maintain realistic expectations
  • Collaborate with practitioners on achievable outcomes

Terms and Conditions

All online purchases through the Customer Portal are subject to:

  • EvaClinic Bath’s conditions of use
  • Privacy policy
  • This cancellation and refund policy

Online Purchase Restrictions

  • Not transferable to other individuals or treatment areas
  • 24 hours notice required for cancellation
  • Late cancellations or no-shows result in treatment forfeiture

Online-Specific Refunds

  • Standard UK Consumer Law protections apply
  • No refunds after treatment completion
  • Practitioner discretion applies for treatments purchased without consultation
  • Alternative treatments may be recommended if original purchase is unsuitable
  • Full refunds available if booked treatments deemed completely unsuitable

REFUND REQUEST PROCESS

All refund requests for in-clinic or online purchases must be:

  • Submitted via email to: evaclinicbath@gmail.com
  • Made in writing for consideration
  • Subject to clinic review and approval

The clinic reserves the right to determine refund eligibility following review of written requests.
