What Is Fotona TightSculpting®?

Fotona TightSculpting® is a non-surgical treatment that firms and lifts the lower face — the neck, jawline and chin — without incisions, anaesthesia or downtime. In effect, it’s a non-invasive lower facelift: using the same trusted Fotona SP Dynamis platform behind our Fotona 4D and TwinLight treatments, TightSculpting combines two laser wavelengths to tighten loose skin and soften the appearance of a double chin or “turkey neck,” restoring a more defined jawline and neck contour.

How TightSculpting Works (The 2-Step Process)

TightSculpting uses a dual-wavelength approach to treat both the deeper and surface layers of the neck, jaw and chin in a single session:

1. Nd:YAG laser in PIANO® mode — delivers super-long, gentle pulses of laser energy deep beneath the skin’s surface, safely heating underlying tissue to stimulate collagen remodelling without harming the skin itself.
2. Er:YAG laser resurfacing — refines and tightens the surface layer of skin, working alongside the deeper Nd:YAG effect for a more complete tightening result.

Together, these steps activate neocollagenesis — the skin’s own process of producing new collagen — gradually firming and lifting the treated area from within, rather than simply tightening the surface temporarily.

TightSculpting vs a Surgical Neck Lift

Initial results are often noticeable after the first session, with fuller results developing over the following weeks as new collagen forms; a course of several sessions is usually recommended, with maintenance treatments roughly every six months to sustain results.
